Another way to submit a bet would be through the website on the internet, however you will be needing an account for it provided to you by Galica prior to that. If you choose to call him, I advise you to roleplay accordingly. Realistically wise, one would get ahold of his number from a friend, or a friend's friend who is placing a bet down with someone reliable. Or, you heard it through a grapevine, eavesdropping at a sports bar, or a card room. I'd like to state I don't expect people to bet large amounts of money, I'm satisfied with a couple of hundreds.
