Guide - Quick Action Menu

Overview

This guide serves as an introduction for new players on GTA World's quick action menu. It will also cover the possible customizations to its settings. These settings are LOCAL. They will be reset if you change your computer or delete the server resources!


Default Server Bind for Activation

Example of how it looks (customizable using /menu)

The following settings are all available if the threshold of the menu is set to 10 (maximum number of actions):

  • Accessing phone;
  • Accessing the animation wheel;
  • Changing outfits;
  • Entering and exiting a property;
  • Furnishing an interior (if granted build perms);
  • Locking and unlocking vehicles and properties;
  • Opening the property menu;
  • Opening your inventory;
  • Opening your vehicle list;
  • Showing badges to other players.

Available Customizations

  • /menu button [value] - Assigns a button to activate the quick action menu;
    • The value can be any letter or any number;
    • To assign a button such as Caps Lock, Delete, or Alt; refer to this list. (e.g. "Arrow Up", /menu button 38)
  • /menu confirm_with_hover (yes/no)
    • If enabled: You will only have to hold X and hover over the item you're choosing then release X, it'll be selected thereafter;
    • If disabled: You will have to click on the option you're choosing in the menu while holding X.
  • /menu create - Re-enables the menu options after using /menu destroy;
  • /menu enable - Enables your quick action menu;
  • /menu destroy - Disables the quick action menu permanently, likely deletes your custom settings for it;
  • /menu disable - Disables your quick action menu;
  • /menu reload - Reloads the menu settings from your local resources;
  • /menu size [25-75] - Sets the size percentage of the quick action menu;
  • /menu sort (yes/no)
    • If enabled: The actions in the quick action menu will be sorted according to their importance;
    • If disabled: The actions in the quick action menu will no longer be sorted according to their importance.
  • /menu threshold [value] (max 10) - Defines the maximum number of actions that can appear simultaneously in your menu.
