Forcing random diseases on random players is incredibly stupid and I’ll never get behind it. Although, sure, some sort of symptoms should show on those who go out near-naked expecting zero repercussions in extremely cold weather. Introduce debuffs to players after injuries. Car crashes can have RNG’d injuries to various bodyparts depending on the speed of impact. Gunshot wounds should be actively bleeding unless controlled. Those untreated injuries should decrease the sprint speed, introduce an absurd recoil, or even cause the player to pass out or fall down in case of injury. Healthcare needs to be charged for. Start making it as unreasonably expensive as the American healthcare system is.

I'm very thankful for the chance you have bestowed upon me to meet some fellow GTAW members, @Exodus. Positives: - I had such a wonderful night with @joshua. We printed such nice, soft, squishy, and comfy pillows to sleep on too. Negatives: @george?, please try to calm down with the tossing and turning next time, it's very hard to sleep, Meebo. @Gryffin, it is kindly advised not to drink dairy products right before bed to preserve the oxygen cleanliness in the room. @Exodus, please stop sleeping naked; there's a constant 12 o'clock shadow on the wall next to you.

I really wouldn't do this. You're crippling an 8-year-old monothreaded CPU that is already exerting way more than it should for this game; let alone RageMP and how bad it is on its own. Not only are you disabling turbo, but also limiting the CPU to 90% of its C-state. It is time to admit that the specs are falling behind. It might be good to start looking at your temperatures and power; see if you're thermal/power throttling while you're playing.
