Wow. Can't risk it. Are you playing on high? I'm kinda medium /low, not sure if there's much use to install the mod if my game is slightly pixelated

Natural Vision doesn't really have a huge impact on your PC but if your playing on medium to low I wouldn't waste my time with it, to get it to look like that you would need to play on high settings

I use Visual V, which I think looks better than Natural Vision and I have no performance loss at all. The graphic mods does look way sharper on 4k resolution which I'd recommend you, check this thread https://forum.gta.world/en/index.php?/topic/5362-guide-play-4k-at-60-fps-nvidia/

 

You don't need to play on high settings to use the mod, the only thing you need for your graphic to look like that is a higher resolution with very high texture and some other normal-high settings, but the 4k resolution enhances everything.
