Thread Posted November 21, 2017 Share Posted November 21, 2017 (edited) COVENANT BLOCK PIRU There may be more infamous streets in Los Santos but over the past decade, few have been any meaner than the short stretch of Covenant Avenue ruled by the Covenant Block Piru. Covenant Block Piru is small, unsophisticated in both operation and structure, and has little to no reputation; however, because of their simplicity, they also tend to be territorial, opportunistic, and violent. Their origins are obscure, but they reinforce gang power through their display of ruthlessness. Their crimes are characterized as petty and senseless. They have relaxed their membership requirements regarding fixed attributes (e.g., ethnicity or gender) and focus heavily on dexterity and intimidation. Out of Character The ideal here is convergence between self-representation and a true but abridged version of the story of a Piru gang.
