- On November's 30 2017, originally from Texas, Alex Riggs arrived at Los Santos for the first time. Riggs is a retired Special Forces who decided to start a new life in a different place and Los Santos seemed to be the best choice at that time. Upon arrival at Los Santos, Riggs started working in the mining industry as it was the most profitable job and he had to settle in. After a few months of great income, Riggs was able to settle in and decided to start a serious career and even tho he promised he wouldn't serve again, he missed the action so much, he decided to apply to LSPD. - Riggs was successful and became a Police Officer after passing the training stage & exams. He was happy by the time and was focused on joining SWAT as weapons are his specialty. Unfortunately, the SWAT Commander disliked Riggs and never let him on the team, even tho he had excellent results, he always claimed that Riggs was reckless & dangerous! - A couple months passed and Riggs couldn't stand all the tension anymore so he decided it was time to retire and return to his hometown, El Paso, Texas. The retirement didn't go so good and as soon Riggs retired, he became a wanted. Riggs went through some hard time to get rid of the cops and run away from Los Santos. - Once again in Texas, Riggs got back to the old bad habits that made him look for a new life before, drinking! Riggs got very deep so quick that he didn't even realize how the alcohol was affecting his brain. After a few drunkennesses resulting in serious beat ups and hospital beds, Riggs decided it was about time to find help! What he didn't know... - Riggs joined a small circle of people that used to meet every Friday night in a church in El Paso. Everyone had a problem related to alcohol, drugs, gambling, and other addictions. Riggs always spoke too much and shared all his anger with this said group that he thought would help him, but Riggs didn't know he was about to become apart of a bloody thirsty cell. The sessions were making Riggs feel better and he was finally able to drop the bad habits once again. However, there was a side-effect of "the cure", Riggs changed all his beliefs and let his anger and thirsty of revenge take control of him. - He started to participate in the cell's activities and was first assigned to train small groups of militia. After a few months organizing and training teams, Riggs went out to the field, leading them on raids in small & poor villages. Kidnapping, Extorsion, Arms & Drugs Trafficking started to be Riggs's routine. One day, Riggs was offered to move to a city of his choice and start his own movement there to expand the cell all over the world. Riggs didn't think too much and decided to choose Los Santos so he could get revenge for those who stood on his way and however dares to get on his way. - Riggs is now back to Los Santos, he is looking for a place to settle the Headquarters and start recruiting members to his cause. - TBC... - The Agency is a faction which is under development and will constantly be in order to improve the Roleplay quality. - Composed by a small group of ex-militaries who provide Bodyguard & Security services on the radar and of the radar, they're into Organized Crime and contract killing. - The recruitment is strictly IC'ly and we expect High levels of Roleplay from our members/aspirants. -  Upon officially joining the faction, Riggs reserves the right to character-kill your character if deemed necessary. - Be aware that your character must have a background of Military / Police or other Law Enforcement experience. NOTE: This is just the start, I'm doing my best to get something big out of here... stay tuned for update guys! Also, your feedback is really important for us!
