Many club owners couldn’t risk people being caught consuming drugs in public, your club would be closed instantly.

So what did they do? They tolerated it in the restrooms, I can’t remember anyone ever having checked on that, why anyway, they knew what was going on there- and they also knew, people wouldn’t come anymore if they restricted that. Of course, the dealers pumped the price up for the risk of raids and nobody even questioned it, business was and still is booming in the club scene. And of course, people loved passing their last bills to hard-working drug dealers to sober up from all the drinking.
