They decided to stop in South Central to look for some members from the Neighborhood Piru gang. They didn't see no one out so they cruised the city after. Quote After looking for the Neighborhood Piru affiliates, they decided to focus on the robbery and started looking for a victim. They ended up at their favorite place in the city and found someone on the boardwalk of the Pier.
