Luis fills him in with some formation that some dropout Wood's have been acting reckless in GP, an early incident that stormed up and caught the Sureno Car's attention is when the duo attacked a younger Southsider out in the open and nobody retaliated.

Sadly didn't screenshot the sick roleplay of us returning to our cells and passing the blades off to be cleaned and be hidden, They were forced into lockdown and rushed into their cell after the CO's notice the two corpses in the cell but Richard and Ryley are way head with a fresh pair of clothes from their cell while the clean and bloody ridden, evidence covered clothes have been flushed.

"Your honour.

The death of officer Carter is tragic. The killer needs to be found and justice has to be served. Every passing moment spent arguing this case is a moment that the killer roams free, to strike again. As the three witness statements made clear, it is impossible for Luis Espionza, the man sitting right here to have been the killer.

On the night of this tragic accident, mister Espinoza was busying himself with friends and company, playing, drinking, having the time of his life. At 19:10 mister Espinoza was informed that his car was stolen. Now mister Espinoza thought nothing of it, mister Espinoza comes from a rough neighbourhood and its common place for cheap cars to be stolen. He went to search for it and after roughly fifteen minutes of searching he found it. On that faithful night, mister Espinoza missed finding the true killers in his car by less than three minutes.

Why did he not report the car as stolen? It is no secret that the relationship between police and Hispanic-Americans is challenging at best and non-existent at worst. My client chose to take finding his car into his own hands which opposing counsel will no doubt use as implication of guilt.

Furthermore, the dashcam evidence is simply inconclusive at best. The footage could be matched to half of the male Hispanic population in Los Santos. The key eye-witness in the case, miss West was unable to place mister Espinoza at the scene of the crime, instead citing an African American male and other unknown occupants. The prosecution is not only trying to sell the story that my client was involved in the brutal killing of a police officer, but a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic gang killing of a police officer?

Finally, the murder weapon is out there somewhere. The ensuing investigation tried long and hard to find the murder weapon to be in possession of mister Espinoza but not a single gun was found. His place of residence and car was turned upside-down and inside out but no physical evidence has been able to be produced against my client and his criminal record shows no ability to commit such a heinous crime."
