UCP world point gifting

So if you ever gift world points to a friend, you need to wait 47 hours before doing so. Now the way I assume it works after your 47 hours is passed you cannot gift any world points unless you donate again, vice versa. I've came across the issue a few times where I miss the time slot to gift my world points to friends and its quite annoying. 

Suggestion: Why don't we remove the 47 hour waiting gap between gifting them to our friends, instead; (maybe wait a few hours before gifting?) you have 2 days to gift the world points before it expires and you keep them for yourself.
