Is this happening with any other vehicle you're driving around besides the truck in the video and have you done what's been mentioned by @Airwalk - Make sure all server script vehicle functions are disabled? You're not using a controller by any chance are you?

Have you double checked your ucp admin record? (Via settings on the UCP). Also try resetting your password.

I would honestly just download it. You can pretty much run GTA:V on a low-end PC. You might get some stutters where alot of vehicles are parked or if specific areas are heavily modded/mapped. From what you have posted, you should be fine to play RageMP GTA:W

This is a very clear explanation from a OOC and IC point of view. The second paragraph regarding PD and SD is just totally true. Cops will just be on a mask hunt all the time. As for the last paragraph, yeah the streets would be totally empty! You see this all time In real life and for something for them to have a mask taken away from them would just simply eradicate the gang hangout atmospheres.

Have you tried to log in with the e-mail you used to sign up with on the UCP? Or trying to using a VPN?

As a past motorbike owner, and someone who enjoys the site of motorbikes these days, speaking out loudly, all motorbikes are fast. I have a few friends who are in PD and they generally don't chase motorbikes because of how fast they can be. If its stupidly fast for the server's lore and how it should be RP'd as a hog, then It wouldn't hurt to nerf it to balance with the rest of the motorbikes. I thought I'd just post this here. The bike is so powerful that when the torch kicks in, the bike just jiggers!

I've personally been in this situation loads of times. Plenty od options in the booms to enhance your RP! You could maybe start a new character (or buy more slots) to motivate your RP, you could apply for a business or a house to boost your RP around your own environment. Loads you can do. Trying to find people RP is quite hard and if thats so, maybe post here? https://forum.gta.world/en/forum/1370-looking-for/ During my RP career, I have always been the one to stick with character, i found out by making other characters, getting them into factions and doing things I have never RP'd before is a good oppourtunity. If this became a thing, I believe Sololy PM should have full permission to grant this to players. I have seen a few actual apartments in the past with small basements, not sure if they still have them or if they've been removed due to PM's demand.

Detailed Description So with someone having multiable characters, I'm personally not fond of having my cellphone (/phone) being super big. I have to keep on resizing my cellphone (/phonesize) on each of my characters. Make /phonesize a Master Account script function so we don't have to resize on each character. I agree with this. Davis LTD is a hot spot and it wouldn't hurt for the store to be excluded. Or maybe add a script cool-down on it, if someone were to rob the store they'd get a message in chat that the store has been robbed?

With what i'm reading on the replies, sounds like the county is a no-go zone for legal RP'ers. Why should legal RP'ers be pushed away from the county all because they have stumbled acrossed an illegal gang or some illegal individual who doesn't want them around the area? It just totally destroys the vibe between illegal and legal RP. IFM should look into this and work with us (the players) to spring some life into the county Like @PeopleKindsaid, if we can find that balance between legal and illegal RP, it'll be awesome for both parties instead of claiming the county as an a illegal RP zone.

I generally think MacBooks have never been designed to run games (high-end games), period. If you've figured out a way to put Windows on a MacBook, then maybe try experimenting with it yourself. If it's going to cause you huge texture loss and around 15-30 FPS then I wouldn't recommend doing it all. Play on a machine that is capable of going otherwise.

Generally, we don't have to rely on scripts. With this new TV script, I think it could work. Getting sponsors shouldn't be a problem at all, to be honest. Sounds like a great idea if you can find the people to get the motivation to sort it all out with you.
