Zachariah Posted April 7, 2019 Share Posted April 7, 2019 I bought a phone from 22 phone. I lost connection after being online for a while and when I relogged my phone was gone. Not in my inventory, not in my car's inventory. I never dropped it. I went back to the phone store and tried to buy another phone. it said that it started a new contract, but never took the money out for the phone. I did this a few times until I checked the /contracts command to see I had 5 contracts, one of which was the original phone I bought, and 4 others with the phone labeled "Unknown Phone". I cancelled all the contracts and tried to buy another phone. Same thing. Does not deduct money, tells me it starts a new contract and I still cannot use the phone commands. When I try to buy a phone that's pay-as-you-go, it doesn't even give me a phone. I also posted this question in Player Support but figured I could bounce it over here too, and see if I get any support? Quote Edit Link to comment
