wont work in rage either i just need help

Do you drag and drop the mods or are you using openIV?

Another question, which platform do you own gtav on? Because Epic Games have a different method to installing mods for FiveM.

As for RageMP, you just copy the files into the user_resources > global > game_resources.

For audio mods : Inside the game_resources file there should be an audio file > sfx > separate files with audio AWC files.

For gun mods : game_resources > dlcpacks. There should be separate files and each file should contain only one .rpf for it to work. For example, if you have 5 different rpfs, there should be 5 different files [Folders, not rars. This is important] in dlcpacks for each rpf.

As stated above, all depends on the type of mod. DLC.rpf mods are typically drag and drop, generally very straight forward. Go to your RAGEMP directory (E.G C:\RAGEMP) you will then need to download and add the 'user resources folder' to your RAGEMP directory (DL link here: https://www.upload.ee/files/16339501/user_resources.rar.html) then you can just drag and drop the DLC rpfs into the RAGEMP\user_resources\global\game_resources\dlcpacks folder.

If the mods require OpenIV, they will typically be in a YDD, YTD file format. If this is the case, you will need to install OpenIV and archive fix. (OpenIV:https://openiv.com/, archivefix: https://www.upload.ee/files/16339511/archive_fix.rar.html) the overall process is a lot more complicated and it'll probably be best to follow a guide:
