Detailed Description: Pretty simple, just make /flipcar available to all users, it's pretty common for parking areas with decent population to cause cars spawned by /vget to get flipped and having to report to an admin to unflip it due to /fixveh not doing the trick most of the time. I'm not entirely sure why it was disabled, but perhaps there's a way to re-enable it without problem. Relevant Commands/Items: /flipcar How will it benefit the server? It'd save time for both admins and users since it's a pretty simple solution to a rather common problem.
