  2. OOC INFORMATION The Rollin 20's Neighborhood Bloods main priority is to portray a realistic environment for the server. Upon joining, we would kindly like to ask that you go over the faction's lingo and politics so we know that you are up to date regarding in-game behavior. We don't want anyone jumping in without understanding how we will move and the politics that will come with this faction. With that being said, do your research before deciding if this is the right faction for you and something you would like to participate in. Also, don't feel as if you are not good enough; we are open arms to newcomers and even experienced players on the server. We indulge heavily in character development, so make sure you aren't trying to force your way into a character that just isn't realistic. We also strongly suggest you read the Rules of Engagement before joining. We are heavy on in-game activity as well as forum screenshots. At this moment, the faction is heavily recruiting, looking for new members and we invite all members that are interested to join our discord! If there are any other questions or concerns please direct all messages to our factions high-council. Faction Discord; https://discord.gg/7texg5J6 Contact Points: @nazx6@Ex@killtro

  9. I don't believe it's right for admins to intervene with this, something that would be better for both parties would be to maybe introduce an IC law which would solve the problem and bring roleplay back to the equation instead of giving out OOC punishments for individuals wearing masks.
  10. This thread will consist of screenshots and character development as the storyline continues of an Ex-Convict African American living out in Sandy Shores
  11. Keantay Chambers also known as "Rex" was born and raised in El Burro Heights Area on the East Side of Los Santos, a multicultural neighbourhood stricken with gang-culture, abuse on drugs and crime. For the most part of his upbringing Keantay had to fend for himself like most in the neighbourhood due to his mothers addiction to Heroin and her constant abuse on the substance and his father out of the picture for the most part. Keantay was never the brightest in school and was held back throughout his Senior year due to missing assignments, failed exams and a lack of attendance. Unlike most African-American teenagers living around the East-Side of Los Santos Keantay never indulged into the gang-life even though most of his friends where apart of some form of street-gang. Keantay never understood the point of being apart of a gang, the joining a gang for a family thing was bullshit to him as he learnt how to live by himself at an early age. During Keantay's teenage years the only thing on his mind was partying with friends, doing drugs and having sex. The feeling of being unsafe was a constant emotion felt by many throughout South Central and the East-Side of Los Santos due to it's prevalent gang-culture. Shootings would occur every other night and not hearing the sounds of a gun going off every couple hours was uncommon to Keantay and others in these neighbourhoods. At the ripe age of 14 Keantay purchased his first firearm a Kel-tec P-40 also known as a pocket rocket. Even though Keantay did not directly need to purchase a firearm as he had no affiliations with a gang of any sort he needed to feel protected and at power in an area where murders where more common than graduations. Keantay purchased this firearm from a friend of a friend whom was a gang-banger affiliated with a Hispanic gang down in South Central, he did not care for the guns origins or whether it had taken a life before, the feeling of being protected was all he wanted. Keantay's first gun gave him a sense of security and control in a neighbourhood where violence was a daily occurrence. Over time, he began to develop an interest in firearms, researching about different models, brands and infographics on how they were circulated illegally. After falling into a rabbit hole on firearm research Rex began to purchase cheap weapons from people who needed them gone, in Los Santos alone over 50% of illegal gun owners have used their illegal firearm to hurt, threaten or kill somebody. Keantay used this statistic to his advantage purchasing guns from owners who needed them gone due to those same reasons. He would then flip them to the right customer for an up-scaled price making a profit off the up-scaled margin. In 2018, Keantay Chambers was arrested and house search on complaints from neighbours on possible drug use and large gatherings at night with suspicious activity. Keantay's mothers house was searched with Los Santos Sheriff's Department seizing small amounts of Methamphetamine, Heroin and an unregistered Bretta M9. Keantay and his mother were both drug tested with the duo both testing positive. Keantay took the blame for the weapon and both his mother and him were taken into custody. Since then Keantay had lost contact with his Mother changing the locks to her house leaving Keantay on the streets. Keantay was sentenced to a minimum of two years in the Twin Towers Correctionally Facility due to being 20 years of age at the time and was administered into a mandatory rehabilitation program for past drug abusers. Jail was always divided into the three most prevalent races, the whites, the Hispanics and the blacks. Keantay made connections with many African-American gang-bangers most being sent to jail on gun-related charges, making connections with these certain people helped him find new suppliers to purchase illegal firearms for the cheap prices he was looking for. Once Keantay was released from prison he wasted no time resourcing these used murder weapons selling them for upscaled amounts. Keantay an Ex-Convict now living in the Blaine County district of Sandy Shores finds himself working part-time as a tractor driver for a large farm in the area, his life in shambles and his addiction only getting worse Keantay lives out of a motel in an area nearby to his job. Keantay still continues his side-hustle as he gains friends, connections and respect in his life of arms-dealing and other crimes. (( This story will continue and lengthen as this character continues it's development ))

  15. OOC INFORMATION This is a realistic, yet fictional, depiction of Hispanic-American and Afro-American characters residing in South Central. We will not be roleplaying old-time 90's gangsters/cholos; instead, a modern adaptation of the street crime industry, where our goal is to provide excellent role-play and development in order to create an immersive experience upon all interactions. We will be role-playing individuals who may be disadvantaged, living with other family members/friends at an economically poor complex. We will also begin to explore how lives in the hood may differ. If you wish to join you are able to approach us IN-CHARACTER, there is the ability to approach us OUT-OF-CHARACTER as well through OOC planning. You are able to contact any of the original leadership to help get you started, however, by doing so, you surrender permissions for your character to be character killed on the rare occasion.
