Out of Character Our vision is to role-play a group of loosely affiliated characters with no strict connection to an actual La Cosa Nostra outfit. We are not in the 60's or a 90's movie anymore, we are aiming to portray realism in today's criminal underworld. There are different avenues of earning and making money today rather than extortion and selling firearms. We do not want people joining and expecting to be spoon fed role-play scenes as we focus solely on the development of our characters from an in-character standpoint. This means you are to role-play your character to the fullest extent. Do not rush your development by any means, keep a realistic timeline of activities, role-play certain flaws, and remember your character is human. The start of this faction is focused on character development and the progression of the main characters. We are role-playing a loose connection to any sort of "real" La Cosa Nostra outfit in the United Sates. We are not starting out as a crime family or organization with the goal of realism in mind. The whole idea is to develop something from an in-game/in-character standpoint and go with the flow of the characters and development with the backstory we have created. We welcome all players who are trying to role-play with us, but you must remember that all progression takes place in-character. Try and have a specific goal for your character in mind, do not come with the idea that we will guide you in-character to obtain a specific job.
