Well, both of them passed us while Joseph and I were talking about the situation he was in about a black sultan, but they were going the other direction. When they made a u-turn and went towards us, that’s when the switch in my mind turned on and i thought that “these might be the guys coming back to ‘silence’ Joseph” Joseph was bleeding from his abdomen, and that gave me the thought that they were armed and dangerous, so I brandished my weapon, and when they came a little bit closer and slowed down, that gave me the impression that they were were going to put both of our lives in danger by performing a “drive-by”, so I fired my firearm at their direction for the sake of me and Joseph’s life.

Hmmm, could this be because of a texture glitch from the server like what you can see in the video right here?
You see, there are times that when a vehicle like the Pounder could change their textures if one gets out of range from the player, or when it gets despawned when you enter and exit an interior. There are also some instances that the textures are different for one player and another.

It may or may not be, I mean, I got pretty shooked up when he said that it was a black Sultan and got extremely nervous when you both drove towards us, but I don't know brother.. I think that I'll just have to wait for the admin who is handling to give his final verdict about my case.

Hi Amari, James again. I was referring to the black sultan, not the both of you or the vehicle's plates. I began shooting at you both after when Joseph told me that he was robbed by two people in a dark colored Sultan which then I thought.. "These might be the guys that robbed me before" when you both passed by. Joseph blocked my trucked and told me about what happened to him. That was my only encounter with him. I took him to the hospital, after moving his truck to the side of the road.

Hello, I've re watched the videos @Rocky Worrell & @Deeznuts2000 submitted, and It has allowed me to completely understand how frustrating this situation has brought you both. For me, the vehicle plates were visible, but there is now way that I could prove that since I did not have my recording application turned on at that time. I'd like to sincerely apologize to both Rocky and Deeznuts as it was never my intention to Metagame. For me, I've always thought that I was in the right, but the videos that you have submitted really do show that there is absolutely no way that I could have seen both of their vehicle's plate. @LilManiac I would like for this to be over, and I am ready to face the punishment ahead of me. Thank you so much in advance.

@LilManiac To be honest, I didn't have to touch the mouse when they were leading me to the car. It was pretty visible from my point of view. The car was slightly slanted, yes, but one can still see the plates from that angle, especially when it was being illuminated by my truck's headlights.
The trucks we have that are available for service have cameras mounted in them. Here is a screen of my truck a few hours after the incident happened:

James Montrose here. You blocked my truck when we were at the terminal perfectly exposing your plates as you were leading me back to your car while your partner was waiting at the driver’s
seat. Plus, my truck's dashcam is turned on the whole time, so icly it would have witnessed the sultan drive off now would it? Anyway, here is my full ic report:
