Wow this brings a tear to my eye ;') but seriously you are absolutely right this isn't meant to be an issue of legal rpers/illegal rpers it should be an issue between - nice players (me) and mean players (everyone else) or good/bad rp. One way that may stop the more pointless PK related stuff would most 100% definitely be stricter punishments.

I was actually expecting this very outcome of the suggestion the main reason I posted it was so that I could hopefully come up with a suggestion that actually revamp the rules surrounding PK wars so that they have clearer goals/terms to them etc - hopefully avoiding ooc toxicity by doing so. What are your personal thoughts on a second suggestion that works on reforming PK wars with some of the suggestions I've been given here/elsewhere on discord. Of course that thread will also open up opportunity for people to then discuss the matter of the reforms themselves and to propose potentially better ideas than my own or other alternatives.

My brother in Christ I do not want a dead gang scene, not every alteration that includes a people dying in gangs is necessarily a war, there is a difference between a Skirmish and an actual war. Actual wars are there to change the status-quo/take over turf/other stuff along those lines. When you are going out to kill people over general beef it is typically a skirmish, stuff like that can still be PK's.

Omg thank you, so many people seemed to be skipping over the fact that I didn't mean CK's for all forms of aggression.
This suggestion purely for times of war, and not smaller skirmishes etc.

My friend this is not really a reason to start a faction-faction war, if it is personal beef deal with it on a personal level (whether that's murder or just beating them up etc), don't escalate to a war that could potentially risk your faction/other members.

No this suggestion does realise that, but that doesn't change whether its a PK or a CK one. This suggestion as I have said many times before isn't going to make CK wars more common, it's going to reduce the number of wars we have full-stop as factions won't (hopefully) cause wars over petty-beef anymore due to the lack of an ability to do a PK war.

Haha my friend I too was involved when I was younger I was 2IC in the Imperium Empire at one point (50,000 people?) and an Officer/Part of External Affairs in the UCR (1st Super Clan to form). And no I didn't touch any grass.

This I am almost completely aware about, however it may spark some reform in the PK wars rules as a whole in a way that I haven't thought about. Though not my preferred method anything is still better to the current one.

These are other issues that I fell as though need addressing but I won't do that here because I haven't thought about them enough.
As for the fact that other balances etc will need to be made I am fully aware, however the way I see it the balance is already broken. Overall I know for a fact that this suggestion won't actually remove PK wars from the server however I am hoping it atleast pushes some form of reform for them.

Hello, Richard Feller here. I'm just going to say what happened and be done with this report as I am only involved up to the point my life was tragically ended by a baseball bat.
This started with me dissing the sets drip outside the front of the burger store, I was doing this due to their rather funny outfits and hairstyles what just so happened to be because of clothing mods etc. They understandably decided to attack me due to their dissing which is totally valid being as they are kids and all.
A long while later we was still in the area for some reason which I even hinted at to two of my friends by saying 'done making friends yet'. They were however not done making friends, so I kept to myself for a bit longer, the only interaction I ever had was dragging this man unconscious on the road onto the pavement so that he wouldn't be run over.
After a little while longer they started to attack with baseball bats; not sure why maybe they just wanted to get back at us for the fist fight earlier? In which case I tried to run, but due to my little legs and 10 FPS I was pulling I was unable to get away and my life was stolen by Lorenzo and co. It was at this point I accepted death and decided to go off for the night as it was very early in the morning for me. I know nothing of the events that happened afterwards/have no tie to it minus apparently being the reason.
