Of course. It's just that since it's similar it'll likely be a huge value add to players here too. As for the latter bit - not necessary but it's an ok addition.

You should be able to send an SMS to an offline players that reaches their phone whenever they log back on. This was a HUGE value add on lsrp and really helped people stay in touch with others without having to constantly be online. Forum PMs are too inconvenient for the same, SMS is a million times more seamless.
