I'm the founder of the still on-going Little Tokyo faction from LS:RP. The approach you have to take on this kind of concept is way different than your moviesque Takeshi Kitano concepts, rather represent an Americanized closed group than any public Japan yakuza family. At the same time I don't understand how come certain niche factions are accepted here, not that I have anything against some of them or the players running them, but, realistically, you'd rather have some yakuza oriented organized crime group than a Romanian one; I say this because I am a Romanian myself. We have zero presence in the United States and that's about it.
