Y'all gotta help me with this. It's been happenin since I started playing again. There's these weird lines and they never go out, I have to restart the game for them to disappear and most of the time is a 50/50 chance the lines come back. NOTE: I /DO/ use ENBs but they're not the problem. I booted up with and w/out the shaders and its the same.
