Bro what you are trying to solve wont be solved with what u are suggesting, people will just make a small useless modification and flip it the same way. if people are willing to buy the house for that premium price then nothing you can do will stop it, you could complicate the process but it wont solve the presumed problem.

So you basically want to artificially restrict the prices of houses in high demand areas although people have alternatives to buy in other locations just as the market normally work ? I dont see the problem here .... this is how capitalism works.

One thing I dont understand is what is stopping people from buying from the server directly ? are they somehow forced to buy it at 100k other than looking for another property to buy directly from the server for 75k or whatever ?

+1 for updating the text in driving test I recently joined the server and had the same missconceptions bec. of the test.

How will you distinguish between them being killed or simply being inactive oocly for a couple of days ? you are forced to metagame either ways, even if you want to "find out icly" you will have to make sure they arnt just inactive oocly. The idea is good in principle, but in practice it will make metagaming worse

It seems like this is coming from someone who owns shit load of bars and casinos and want his properties to increase in value while avoiding having too much competition ?
