  1. I would like to meet those who can never afford a house, the server is filled over the top with people who are driving a Ferrari equivalent vehicles, and obviously as I have stated, people only dared to ask for such high ridiculous prices is because the server is pumping a lot of cash on daily basis because of what is called starter cash, remove that, drain the economy a little bit, reverse the price limit cap, then we can actually decide on that. And oh by the way, I'd rather see a property/business being sold for 1.5M rather than not see it being sold at all.
  2. This doesn't justify anything, I was around during that period, yes people would actually flip houses for a lot of profit, but at the same time, the market was alive, people were actually willing to sell properties and money still held it's value back then, yes, this issue had to be addressed eventually, speaking of the flipping issue, but tackling it this way is obviously not the way you would want to go with, and looking at how PM actually handled that, it's completely messed up, they put in a solution and never actually cared to follow-up on the results. The sole reason of why a lot of players dared to ask for high prices is once again, because of the starter cash, 200k for every single character that exists, you are pumping possibly more than 2 millions onto the economy every 24 hours, people had a lot of cash that they didn't know where to spend.
  3. GTAW economy as it currently stands: - They managed to turn LS onto Venezuela somehow. - PM discredited money by adding a price cap limit so people started to trade goods in-order to avoid the cap limit that PM set. - New characters still, until this very day, get 200k for some reason that nobody can really explain at all. - The average citizen in LS owns multiple luxurious items including high end vehicles. - 90% of LS businesses have a luxurious atmosphere and is targeting the rich characters cause why not, everyone got cash. And once again, people who could implement a real change, still until this very day, think that the 200k starter cash is still good for the economy and it should still continue to exist, It was okay to have when the server was relatively new as the economy had to be revived, but as it currently stands, people are holding onto their businesses, I mean, take a look at the properties ads in forum section, whoever is asking for a business is met with an empty response, no business is worth selling for whatever price.
  4. A square missing its top line signifies it is safe to camp in that location.

  7. Information The Forgotten Ones is a community which contains a variant amount of hobos and homeless people who weren't sufficiently fortunate to retaliate the hard life they went through, they are mainly found all around Los Santos, commonly in Strawberry, Olympic Fwy, the name was brought up by the original creator of this community who is known as Garry Gilpin, the primary objective of this community is to divide insight among it's individuals on the best way to endure life under difficult conditions, as of current, the community is known to do everything for living, including legal and illegal actions, they are mostly known for drug trafficking as they consider it to be their main in-come, drugs exchange became an important thing between them, as important as currency as they frequently deal drugs to forget about their pathetic past and the current hard life they are going through, however, the other illegal actions are not excluded. Origin and Creation The Forgotten Ones community was originally founded by Garry Gilpin in late September 2018. After the unordinary circumstances that Garry went through, being subject of physical abuse and losing both of his parents at a young age, in addition to the fact that things only went harder for Garry as he grew older, Garry eventually believed that unification can ease a lot of aspects in his life and prevent others from going through what Garry had to go through in life. Given how long Garry had to live on the streets, Garry realized that this is going to be a new life style for him that he had to adapt to, he was then motivated to advance his relations with other homeless people, making relations and starting business, eventually, these relations he made were developed onto a community that is known nowadays as "The Forgotten Ones". Leader and Note-able Members Garry Gilpin Garry Gilpin is a 50 year old uneducated individual who has been living on streets since he was eighteen, Gary lived the majority of his life as a homeless, bringing about the equivalent of 32 years of experience on how to survive under unordinary circumstances, during his child-hood, Garry was unfortunate enough to be abused my his two meth-addict parents that eventually kicked the bucket after committing an OD, given the new circumstances, Garry was left alone unfit to cover any expenses, escaping the scene after initiating a 911 call to report the OD that resulted in the loss of his two parents. During the first decade of homelessness, It was manageable for him because of how emotional people would get over his young age, days went by, Garry couldn't fold his head over the possibility of not having a family to take care of and care for nor a house to live in, these negative thoughts got onto his head as he grew older, his daily matters only got more confounded and the burden of growing older eventually got to him, the public played their own role when it comes down to how well they judged Garry, it was a matter of time until Garry realized that he needed a side business to keep up with the cost of living, Garry mastered the business of stealing general goods off people, only to sell them dirt cheap later on to pawn shops. Thievery paid out well for Garry but not so well to cover off his addiction to drugs, financially speaking, he miss managed most of his income on drugs and alcohol, That's when Garry realized that all the time, this has been nothing but a trip towards bottom rock, resulting in a serious consideration of putting and end to his life at this point. After Garry came to a realization where surviving alone is no longer the life style he opted for, he finally came up with the idea of funding his own community where he can unite all the hobos from all around Los Santos in one place, creating what is known as The forgotten ones, initiating himself as the founder and the leader of the said community. Hobo signs As of recently, I've thought of including many Hobo signs that are globally used, they all hold the same meaning internationally and I thought of using them, that would create more immersion and it would increase realism, I will be listing some common signs that we will be using so that new-comers can refer to these signs and have previous knowledge as they would know them by default if they RPing a hobo. Common standard ones that you'll often encounter: 1- A cross signifies "angel food", that is, food served to the hobos after a sermon. 2- A triangle with hands signifies that the homeowner has a gun. 3- A horizontal zigzag signifies a barking dog. 4- A square missing its top line signifies it is safe to camp in that location. 5- A top hat and a triangle signify wealth. 6- A spearhead signifies a warning to defend oneself. 7- A circle with two parallel arrows means get out fast, as hobos are not welcome in the area. 8- Two interlocked circles, representing handcuffs, warn that hobos are hauled off to jail. 9- A caduceus symbol signifies the house has a doctor living in it. 10- A cross with a smiley face in one of the corners means the doctor at this office will treat hobos free of charge. 11- A cat signifies a kind lady lives here. 12- A wavy line (signifying water) above an X means fresh water and a campsite. 13- Three diagonal lines mean it is not a safe place. 14- A square with a slanted roof (signifying a house) with an X through it means that the house has already been "burned" or "tricked" by another hobo and is not a trusting house. 15- Two shovels signify that work was available. OOC Rules and Requirements If you are interested into joining this faction, there are few rules you must follow: 1- You can’t join if you’re not actually a hobo ICly. Owning fancy vehicles or expensive properties or anything that you wouldn’t realistically have as a hobo can make you subject to IC punishment (see CK clause) Also, you may not use some retarded super model face claim from Instagram. 2- Clear history within the last month, rule breakers are not welcome. 3- If you are punished during your stay within the faction, you are out regardless of your rank. 4- You should understand that character development takes a huge chunk of this faction, therefore, just because you made a grand within a day you don't stop being homeless, you never actually stop. 5- Do NOT accept high quantities when it comes to donations, inform the other party that you will not take it OOCly so we can promote realism. (optional) Note: For those who are interested, joining the discord would offer guidance https://discord.gg/KPFGbxZKv2 CK Clause Upon joining this faction you will be under the CK clause, meaning that if you break any of the rules above or do something such as betraying the faction, snitching or even pretending to be a homeless or anything that leaders consider suspicious/disgusting will give the leaders instant right to CK your character. Breaking the character development is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated by any chance, we all know that we can get rich within a day, that's something I will prevent from happening.
  8. Short description: Currently the way it works is, it only covers the /me commands of the specified target, it however doesn't really cover the text or anything else that can be quite useful. Detailed description: Tried the command today because I was really in need of it, found it pretty useless within the current state as it only covered up the /me commands of the target, which in my case at least, wasn't the hard part to keep an eye on. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? Well generally it would ease the process of reading what the person you are rping with is saying specially when the rp is done within a crowded area. Additional information: I don't really know why the highlight command doesn't highlight everything that a person is doing/saying, I mean it's here to highlight the target and not only cover some aspects of the target, right?
  9. Short description: Removing the "accessories" section from clothing stores, implementing it onto Jewelry businesses instead. Detailed description: Recently i've been left confused of why this section was placed there in the first place, there are a handful amount of Jewelry businesses that can actually benefit from having the feature/section within their stores instead. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? As mentioned above it would benefit the Jewelry business by making it mandatory to actually visit their place in order to obtain a piece of jewelry either visibly or just as an item. Additional information: N/A Short description: Limiting people from visually wearing accessories that they don't have a generic item of. Detailed description: It would actually be nice if people can't wear a necklace without having a generic item for the said necklace, I know it's already against the rules doing so as this would classify as PG, but generally, a scriptwise limitation would be worth to invest into, not only because such details are hard to miss on, but that would also play a massive role in benefiting the Jewelry stores as a whole. Commands to add: N/A Items to add:N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? Would add a purpose of why someone would want to buy a generic item, more like encourge them to. Additional information:N/A Short description: Adding a price to /createitem command Detailed description: I had the chance to use this command today and was left somewhat in shock when I figured out that the command has no price to it at all, one can literally spawn valuable items without paying a single cent, a logical counter to that would be adding a price so that you have to pay 50% of the item's original price or even 30%, totally fine as long as a price is being paid, other than that, it's easy to abuse this command. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? Promotes realism obviously, as a price has to be paid for whatever product you are creating. Additional information: N/A
