Let's be real frank and honest here, if you have been apart of the club and been in LEO roleplay. Many people under the guise of roleplay will go and stop any car that's 4 deep, or has masked people in it, that's obviously metagame and they don't care because there's no real server based accountability in the LEO community; besides their internal leadership which are also LEO roleplayers. A player should not have to go file a RPQM report (which takes years to get a reply on) on a cop who runs into the depths of a known gang area extremely outnumbered, or as previously stated, harassing a specific group or making comments which border on corruption or not valuing their character's life.
As conwell stated in the first page, this isn't to bring us back to the time of getting a skorpion burst to the face for running a red light, but simply to mitigate the edge of what is acceptable, and sometimes becomes edgy roleplay when it comes to acting like a "hardman" or "super cop". This means when you're surrounded by 20 gang members in a dark alleyway, and you choose not to call backup because you're being crooked by conducting illegal search and seizure, or geniuses kicking over gang member murals for fallen comrades. We're not talking about what is technically required of that character, like responding to a call for service, or doing what they're meant to do by responding to a shooting and trying to bring peace to it. We're talking about implementing a checks and balances system so that members of the LEO community may also be reported in game, and subject to character kill or other administrative punishment for extreme cases of lack of fear rp or a pattern of behaviors or harassment to a specific character or group which is obvious and one or more actions were conducted that would cause lethal conflict escalation if they were an illegal rper. These things can include making fun of deceased members, kicking murals over for deceased members, using extreme force with impact weapons without proper reason, robbery, or trying to take on a crowd of 20 by yourself, etc.

Because you know nothing happens, it takes weeks upon weeks to get a response just for an admin to reply "it was the heat of the moment" and no CKs to be pushed for, and its almost a thing LEO rpers say to shut down other people knowing damn well nothing will happen.

Hey, evening. Sorry for the late response.
The usage of two vehicles was simply because of the group starting to move and getting larger over time. When we first scouted/seen and "Jungle Stone Bloods" members, it was only two. That evidence has been sent directly to you, of course. Jacorey Parks & the other induvial involved were a good minute away from Forum Drive at the time that I texted them informing them that I seen these members and was keeping an eye on them, and was sending messages back and forward telling him to "hurry up because their moving" & etc. (Will send these to you) This was seen as the perfect opportunity to hit them where they not only least expect it but where it hurts.
I feel two vehicles is 'necessitated' dude to the circumstances at hand and the fact that Jacorey Parks was actively involved in something else until I let him know that I not only seen our enemies but that I was going to most likely attack. At one point I asked them where they were at in an attempt to get link but that didn't happen.
Jacorey informed me via SMS that they were coming from one side of Forum Drive in /another vehicle/ and since going on foot or anyway near the street (on foot) would lead to a death (since there was 5-6 of their members outside, steps away from our turf and on the other side of the neighborhood of where their turf is located.) I chose to go on/down the same street to avoid breaking the "cutting all exits" rule. It was truly a heat in the moment thing that happened because of our fear of losing this chance to get the members. This war has taken the life of many induvial's, and the Law Enforcement activity in Chamberlain increasing because of that has caused a lot of HPB members to be killed/arrested by the police, it's honestly smarter for a /quick/ drive-by to be done done by two vehicles quickly. Notice how I said quick. If we had any ill intention with our usage of two vehicles and it wasn't just a heat of the moment thing, then I would've pinged everyone to get ingame in the faction discord, loaded up with four people in each car, grabbed ARs and just out right block wiped them. But instead? I personally chose to just drive by, shoot, and get out of the way. Not staying for any particular kills or bodies, just shooting. I got out of there when bullets & sirens came my way. I roleplayed the damage to my vehicle & it's tires, and hid out in a motel. All of this can be proven within logs & evidence. I've avoided breaking the rules my entire time in returning to this server and this is proven by me only getting 1 Ajail since returning and none since, I avoided/tried no differently during this situation.
As for the accusation of us using these two players as scouts? I've already disproved that with evidence personally sent to the handling admin. This is all I really have to say unless there is any other further questions. And for the accusation accusing me of logging out before 30 minute mark? I have proof I did not and actually made sure that I waited the exact time-frame required before going out to do IRL stuff.

Again, sorry for the late response...I've been on and off of GTA:World due to my work & OOC life. Hope this clears up some confusion and gets rid of the narrative of any ill intention. I hope like to mention that members of Black P Stones have openly said they have no reason to beef us & are only involved in this war because of somebody lying on Harvard Park's name. I can forward this proof to you as well.

You're probably looking at 1/100 if not more phones having this type of RP on it.
