    there's one small beach area on the far-back side of the island. And it's literally nothing special, just a beach with a tent and a small stage. We shouldn't add an entire cocaine island for one small beach

    Not to mention in gta online the island is states to be off the coast of columbia, and the plants and shit clearly reflect that. How are we gonna rp that if it's placed on the map, 3 minute boat rides from the west coast to columbia? Just to go on one beach and do anim /ravedance? This island is dookie.

    This will also be my last reply unless an admin asks me anything since I don’t want to go back and forth. The claims that you are not in a war is again a lie, I can prove to an admin if needed that they are in a violent war with 18th street and can have members of these factions confirm if needed, they even OOCly coordinated war agreements with the factions i’m naming, and had 3 brawls with this faction and back and forth violence which could’ve easily turned into a shooting at any point. You are intentionally acting unaware of these facts because it fits your agenda. They are roleplaying violent gangsters, the fact they would automatically know it’s me is over a random shooting is ridiculous and information only gained OOCly. 

    Kevin Xie being told is also completely irrelevant as he was on Lavonte’s side and even died during the attack on Aiguo and Alvin, that was probably added to intentionally misconstrue what happened for the admins, the same way the lie that I logged the first time was added to intentionally deceive the handler of this report.

    I will wait to be asked questions or for a response from the admin as this is just a he say she say at this point, with no real evidence on the reporting side.

    There is also absolutely no confirmation that Sonny Woo even saw any of that, other than two screenshots that could have been taken by anyone, anytime.

    So Sonny Woo, who knows he has beef with two violent gangs in the area, saw a fully blacked out invididual do a hit on a motorbike, and he automatically pieced together that it was Lavonte from a situation that happened weeks ago? Nobody in WC knew I owned the bike, went out of my way to make sure. I even made sure they didn't recognise my clothing, and made sure to wear gloves. Not to mention, Sunny wasn't even present during the original encounter that sparked all of this, I'm pretty sure he wasn't even online. Just because he didn't die doesn't mean he magically retains all the memories of those who did. And I heavily doubt Daniel gave him a case-brief before his death. So like I said, how would you have known it was Lavonte? The information still seems to have been gained OOCly, if anything the ooc chat u just sent confirms that. And even if Alvin and Daniel gave sunny a de-brief on the situation before their deaths, which I heavily doubt, it still doesn't explain how he'd know it's me, it could have easily been one of the violent latino street-gangs that Wah Ching is in the middle of a war with right?

" I'd also like to address this claim. It's blatantly false to make the report look worse. On the day of the original incident, I was IC for WELL over 30 minutes, if not more than an hour. I was questioned by PD on that day, and then was casually strolling around Little Seoul. You guys literally just threw this in there to make me seem more malicious, as if I have been avoiding you guys which I haven't been doing ICly nor OOCly. Baffles me that this part was even added if I'm being honest. I will say this again, you are in a violent gang-war with TWO gangs, who are known to have attacked you guys in the past. Your faction thread even shows that you guys planned to attack them a few days ago, so the fact that you spoke about this briefly in /b, then did /id lavonte, saw I was ingame and peiced it all together that it was me is very suspicious. I hope an admin looks into chat-logs and confirms because, all you've sent is an OOC conversation that proves nothing, and you've lied about me logging when diontre died. I would like to see some form of IC conversation about the scenario not just you guys saying "it's Lavonte' in /b. At the best case scenario this is an attempt to get a rightful CK reverted, and at the worst this is blatant metagame and lies on their side. I'd say it's both, but that is up for the admin to decide.

    Given that I was masked, on a vehicle unknown to them, and all other witnesses were PKed by myself, as seen in the evidence in PMs between ourselves, I find the use of /iding anyone to be the reporting party's complicit behaviour in metagaming who shot them. I also believe Bospy, while not at all by purpose, accidently aided by telling them the CK was for the murder of Diontre and Brandon Yip, as I was the only survivor of that scenario.

    The fact in and of itself that they say in the report they stopped searching after seeing I was not on via /id, is proof that they intended to metagame this information, if not already metagamed. I am curious how they would've conducted this search is all, the only logical way I can comprehend is through OOC metagame, especially since the only character who saw me (ceci kau - previously Tifanny Tan but CKed) was killed by Brandon Yip on her alt and is a fresh character. The only way for them to even begin searching for me would be for Ceci to tell Alvin Tan, and Alvin Tan is PKed. So for Alvin to re-involve a PKed character and Ceci to re-involve herself on a character that knows nothing about what happened would be complete metagame right? The only person who /might/ know it was me in-character would be daniel, and he was killed. So I think it should be followed up on how they even intended to find my character.
