Update: Apparently my Rockstar Games account wasn't logged in correctly and I had to relog into my account, after that everything worked.

Yes I tried it, didn't work.

Wont work, the launcher wont even launch the Rockstar Launcher for this solution to work. I tried to log in multiple times across several days, doesnt seem to be the case.

So basically when I try to login into the server the rage-mp menu will pop up and progress until it gets to the "Launching the game" phase and after a couple of minutes it crashes and gives me the error saying: I already tried to reinstall my Rage-MP, didn't seem to work, tried getting into singleplayer beforehand, didn't work.

P.S: My UCP account name is "Willowfield".

I made my UCP account a LONG time ago and I'm pretty sure that I didn't make any character applications, now when I log into my UCP, I cannot find any "Make an application" function or whatever in order to create a new character. I have a "Characters" tab but all it says is that I don't have any characters.
