I don't know about the letters on tires i think rage still does not have ones without letters but the pearlescent colours and rim colours are supported by rage for quite a while now.

As someone who has started playing on the server about few months ago and have put over 300 hours in my character already i also disagree with this suggestion. During my first 40 hours due to the paycheck i was able to actually go out and meet people. I think a lot of old players forget their first time on the server, if you come in on your own without any OOC friends it is really difficult to establish yourself and have some fun because you do not have any IC friends. Having that paycheck allows for people to go into establishments to meet people, buy a starter car so they can drive around with something. Also new players that might be trying out rp for the first time or on gta 5 rp for the first time might have no idea about the RP jobs. There is plenty guides out there but still, they would most likely run to the scripted jobs like mining and fishing. While those jobs are certainly needed and with the bonus removed they are pretty balanced right now. Still the 5k an hour thing allows for less grinding on scripted jobs and more RP. 200k is basically the medium that i think anyone can comfortably rp, where they are able to buy an apartment or rent one and also buy a car. And if the person is smart and rp's their character properly they will not spend all of their money and will keep some saved up so they can go out and rp with others instead of grinding for cash. EDIT: And like Rensai above me said. Not everyone rp's an 18 year old that just flew into LS and has no money, some people might rp someone who has been living in LS their whole life and so on. The 200k is not a lot of money and it's certainly not too much.

Honestly this system is better than any i have seen so far not counting actual DoC. I rather have my character go to prison for 60-120 hours or whatever and play on an alt if i really want to play gtaw. Because rply your character is away and there is actual impact on your character being gone, especially if you are in a criminal faction. I think it is a great system right now and the development team should take their time implementing DoC and releasing it once its ready instead of rushing it.

Exactly I think it could lead to many different rp scenarios. For example club closing down? Let's go back to my place and party until the morning. Currently it's not really viable since most of the houses available are apartments and sure you can do it inside. But It's not as fun as having a party in your backyard until the morning in the VW Hills.

Short description: Having started on the server couple of weeks ago i have noticed that there is a lack of higher tier properties. That could provide quite a lot of rp and would make sense with realistic character progression. Detailed description: So currently there is a lack of higher end properties which in my opinion is a little bit disappointing because these properties can create a lot of RP in my personal opinion. With this house as an example, someone who has been rping for quite a while, depending on their character and their career choice they certainly would be able to afford something like this. Which could go for around 500-600k as stock value in my opinion. With a house like this you can have, home parties out the back, have family bbq's and some "chill" rp in general having your on driveway and a backyard. Now I know where might be some properties like this already but i think they should be increased especially with the server having 200+ players during peak times. Having such cars as Pfister Neon costing 500k+ Doesn't really make sense that there wouldn't be high end houses or "mansions" that the person could buy. Because if they can afford a car for that much they certainly would be able to live in a house like this too. The Whole Vinewood hills area alongside Richman area are not being utilised as the "high end" areas of Los Santos This is only an example of one of the houses that i wouldn't even consider "high end" as there are many properties that could be added and classes as high end with prices of 1-2m and so on. I think it would add additional RP for the people that would like to own such properties and also it would give the option for people to own these kind of properties for those characters that makes sense ( Business owners, crime bosses etc) Additional information:

The range for such thing can be made very small, it's very annoying when you are typing something and the person walks off because they have no idea if you are going to stand idle or tell them something.
