Change Rule 11 to Property Rules

I’d like to suggest renaming server rule 11) Property Destruction to Property Rules and place additional guidelines people should acknowledge and follow.

 

I’m certain that the inactivity timer for properties is there to prevent people from holding assets frozen for too long but with people logging in to keep refreshing this cycle, it should be punished if caught.

 

Another rule that could be added is keeping interiors realistic, not only to their exterior and environment, but having to roleplay ‘extras’ renovations like a hidden room.

 

I’m not sure if there’s any internal discussions about these issues, but having them present on server rules would hopefully deter people from cheesing the properties.
