It does feel that way. Back in 2020 we used to have more interesting stuff to do as an LEO. Domestic disputes, people even rp'd noise complaints. Now it's just 1) robbery 2) body in the road 3) brawl 4) shootout at the club 5) accident There's no variety.

I obviously won't hit you with the classic 'report them', instead, it's a broad issue. I don't think anyone, besides FD who has very specific rules, follows the traffic laws to a T. It's boring, and most of the time it falls back to a 'if it's not too extreme, it doesn't matter'. The overall mentality has to change, but no-one seems actually willing to do so.
