Need help setting up custom number on new phone

I was mugged and phone taken, 

I got a new one, 

Is there a guide, step by step on how to set up your custom number on your 

new phone after a mugging?

/contracts

/cancelcontract [stolen phone contract id]

/phones

/smp [new phone]

/applycustomnumber

1.Go to the phone store and do /cancelcontract and select the phone that was stolen (If it was contracted phone, if it was PAYG no need for that)
2. You do /phones or /myphones and you'll see your "new phone" there, and you use /setmainphone or /smp and select that phone
3. You simply do /applycustomnumber after you set your phone as "main"

You can get your own custom number by buying one from the UCP. After you’ve bought one, you head to your character on the UCP and find “setting”. After you’re on the setting tab find the “Change your phone number” box and type in a number you’d like to be your custom number. 
 

Press change and head In-Game. When you’ve spawned in simply do /applycustomnumber and that should be it.

Everything everyone already said, but worth mentioning you don't actually need to *buy* a custom number on the UCP in order to always keep the same number. Every player as a random custom number assigned to them that never changes, even without ever buying one. You can see it on /stats, you just don't get to choose what it is.
