Make all squat houses a motel/spawnable place

Detailed Description

A lot of individuals are roleplaying in East Los but has no way of being able and spawn in the nearby area due to the shortage of properties/lack of apartments in the general area, I think by making all squat houses located in East Los a place where you can rent you give more players the option to spawn in where their character is from.
And by giving people the option to rent the squat house for example on top of Fudge Lane you give the individuals around that area/nearby area a place to spawn close to their group, currently the only close motel is the Bilings Gate Motel located in Rancho on the other side of the bridge and that can be considered quite far from East Los.

Current squat houses in the general area that should be spawnable:
- El Burro Squat House

- La Mesa Squat House
- LS Freeway Squat House
-  Olympic Fwy Squat House
 

Relevant Commands/Items

Make the squat houses in East Los a motel/spawnable area.

 

How will it benefit the server?
Gives people the ability to spawn in their roleplay-area without having to travel across the map to due being forced to having an apartment somewhere else because of property prices/lack of housing in said area.

+1. Having an address for the people who RP here would be nice, there's not enough houses for people to be anything but homeless. 😅

Maybe adding it to the /rent system but for free could work. Same as motels but only on your spawn list if you "rent"it. +1

they used to work like this originally with squat houses being open to the public, afaik. should be reverted to this.

The El Burro Squat is now rentable for 1 dollar by the way, I just asked a member of IFM and PM and they changed it for me pretty quick. I didn't ask for the others though.
