/hotline or /mechanicrequests (mechanic job)

Detailed Description

As it stands, people can call 912 for a mechanic. However, the mechanics that are receiving the calls don't have an opportunity to go through the outstanding calls or calls that haven't been handled. /hotline allows those who actually roleplay as a mechanic and don't just use it for the paycheck to access a list of calls that have been made. As for the caller, they may receive repeat calls because a mechanic might not have cleared the call from a list and introducing the feature to allow mechanics to remove a call from the list may prove to be unnecessary considering the amount of people on the server who have the mechanic job and don't roleplay as a mechanic. So the caller should be able to /cancelmech or some other sort of command to clear the call from the list. Now in no way is this a pressing matter, but it'll be nice to see and just gives the mechanic job a little more to do. The list should only be viewable via typing the command though and it shouldn't bug the mechanic with a notification. In theory it should work similar to how the taxi script works, where at the moment taxi drivers can execute /taxirequests. But to avoid competitiveness, remove the ability to accept the call instead the mechanic should just call the customers number, the same way how it currently works.

Relevant Commands/Items

/hotline or /mechanicrequests - Allows the mechanic to view a list of calls from possible customers/people in need of mech services.

/cancelmech - Allows the caller/requester to cancel the call made to the mechanic hotline, so it'll no longer show up in the list.

/togglemechnoti - Toggles the mechanic notification. s/o @MarcoEL for the toggle idea.

How will it benefit the server?

I feel like this adds a little more to the mechanic job, other than seeing a request pop up every now and then. Some people even have to make repeat calls which can prove to be annoying for both the mechanic as they may have missed the call and for the customer. At least this way, those who want to roleplay like a recovery mechanic or mechanics who don't have access to /bad can view a list of people needing services and get in touch with them ICly.
