This faction will be aiming to roleplay somewhat of a modern-day esque independent Mexican Transnational Organized Crime entity, that is business oriented and very modernized in terms of the criminal element and civilian side of stuff related to legal business roleplay. The faction's generalized TL:DR concept is an independent primarily Mexican group of traffickers and smugglers who are trying to gain a foothold into the Los Santos underworld. Many characters in the faction are born n raised in San Diego, as per the faction's lore history; and are operating as a remnant crew of an entity that was busted; meaning that the core organization is rather Americanized.

Although beware those who wish to roleplay Mexican nationals (Paisas/Immigrants) should contact OOC Leadership beforehand, the reason being as we wish to maintain quality control over these characters and keep the core organization Americanized. Bare in mind that if you choose to roleplay an immigrant character from Mexico, you'll be required to adhere to a certain amount of requirements and guidelines that are set out for you by leadership in order to make the roleplay more realistic and authentic in terms of our faction's portrayal.

 

Upon joining the Discord you'll be given information and guided on the genre of RP we do. Although we highly recommend to those who are looking to join the faction, that you come to us with an idea of your character already existing in your mind; and give us a brief rundown of the character. After that we'll help you establish non-critical links to the organization to help your character get introduced smoothly to the project; we have a plethora of legal based roleplay opportunities surrounding the faction's concept which will make it easier as well.

 

The faction itself operates a strict roleplay policy, and with this; a heavy emphasis on character development. If your intentions to join the faction is for quick access to script items, you'll quickly find yourself being at the back of the queue. La Empresa also has a slow-driven pace aesthetic to the roleplay we deliver, meaning you won't be hopping from Scene A to Scene B to Scene C all in the same day when in game; you'll be encouraged to heavily expand upon your roleplay which includes roleplaying everything including taking losses.
