xvz Posted September 7, 2022 Share Posted September 7, 2022 (edited) W/S Vinehood Piru (VHP), formerly known as the W/S Vinehood Pirus or Westside VHP Trey Gang are a notorious African-American criminal street gang in the westside region of Los Santos. W/S Vinehood Piru's roots stem from the alliance of the 20th Street Piru gang when members of each gang came together after indictments and injunctions, forming the Vinehood Piru’s They reside on the Westside side of Los Santos on 16th and 20th Street, in the Vinewood district. The neighborhood stretches four blocks; 16th Street to 20th Street. The Vinehood Pirus adopted the blood name and V logo from there original blood roots, showing respect to where it originates from. They sport Texas Rangers, Pirates, and Anahiem Angels gear. The State of San Andreas vs W/S Vinehood Piru's: — W/S Vinehood Piru's were an active long-standing primarily African-American street gang located on the Westside of Los Santos. The gang was active for 30+ years and were associated with fellow gangster crip sets around the city. In May 2016, W/S Vinehood Piru's made national news when they gunned down Josiah “Midnight” McCormack outside of his fathers residence near the Vinewood area. The gang was known for being involved in numerous violent crimes, from shootings, drug trafficking, human trafficking, armed robbery, car jacking and other violent crimes. In 2017, the violent crimes and activities caught up to the The W/S Vinehood Piru's. Federal agents tracked the gang for 6 years, putting together a string of cases to arrest sixteen members on allegations of racketeering activities (RICO charges). The indictment consisted of charges stringing from murder, armed robbery, car jacking and drug trafficking; targeting them as they were using social media to sell a majority of their firearms and drugs. The racketeering charges completely debunked the The W/S Vinehood Piru's, and the remaining members sought to continue the W/S Vinehood Piru name. T-Rell Block— is named in memory of W/S Vinehood Piru OG Trellian "Wacky" Whitter, nicknamed "T-Rell Block" to dedicate to the hustle and adversity Whitter overcame and his "Get it just to have it" mentality. The members range from being street runners, corner dealers, and lookouts to kingpins and storefront owners. Although all are a part of the W/S Vinehood Piru's, the big homies criminal activities are distant and to help supply to the members of the gang. Higher ranking members of the W/S Vinehood Piru's are involved with weapon trafficking, drug trafficking, human trafficking, high profile murders, ordering hits or giving green lights for consequences. They supply to the street soldiers of the gang and bring big money into the area to provide for weapons, drugs, and funds for other illegal activities. Due to being well known members in Los Santos, dominating the westside region. They commonly live away from 16tth Street and 20th Street, usually residing in highend apartments in the better side of town, with storefront money laundering businesses to cover their tracks. From barbershops, laundromats, small time restaurants and real estate investments, the businesses are fed with illegally acquired funds and washed through them. Even though the more mature members are not involved with day to day activites, they’ve gained a reputation. Growing up as members of the W/S Vinehood Piru's, they earned their respect at a young age and worked their way up the gang hierarchy. Handling the dirty work, they pay younger members of the gang to take care of things, operating as bosses instead of street soldiers, providing support. An higher ranking of criminals, they move accordingly; flashy lowriders, suits, jewelry and most importantly, with protection. OOC Information Vinehood Piru's aim to portray a realistic gang in the community. Rule breaking will not be accepted and ignorance will not be given a pass. We also prioritize character development above everything else. This is NOT an introduction into the underworld meaning your character must have been developed enough to be introduced into the activities taking place [All members must have experience in the fields they wish to partake in]. Upon joining you agree to have your character CK'd by leadership at any given time if roleplay permits it.
