In person package accepting

Detailed Description:

An addition to the new package system. Give players who send a package the option to have in person package accepting. This means that if the receiving player is online, they receive a text that their package will arrive soon. The postal worker arrives at the address and has to knock on the door or ring the bell and then interact with the package receiver and give them the package who has to sign a receipt. Choosing this type of delivery gives a larger payout to the postal worker to incentivize its usage. If the postal worker is unable to reach the receiver, they just leave the package (put the item in the property's inventory) and receive the normal payout.

How will it benefit the server?

By making the postal worker roleplay with the person who receives the package.
