[RTB] Real Trench Babiez

GANG BEGINNINGS                    

"RTB (Real Trench Babiez)" was started by three African American men named Dante Fowler, Tayvion Rose, and Khalid Jennings (Also going by RTB DF, TR, and KJ). They all three met each other in juvie when they were thirteen, when they were jumped by random gang members in juvie. Fighting back against the gang and winning. They became friends over this situation watching each other's backs until they all got out. Dante being arrested for Robbery, Tayvion being arrested for Assault, and Khalid being arrested for basically carrying drugs. They all got out when they were 16, meeting up at the Grove Street gas station, going from there. After about 3 months of hanging out with each other they decided to make their own gang; their first recruit being Kentrell Adams. As time went on they recruited more people such as Kentrell's brother Darius, who is a lot older than Kentrell though had a lot of knowledge of street life being 25.

PRESENT DAY
RTB has not been around for a super long time, 2 years and counting now. RTB is a mix of different things, and not limited to any race, age, etc. RTB also doesn't claim any other wide gangs such as Hoover, Crips, Bloods. RTB is its own thing, with the gang colors being PURPLE. This organization has gained a reputation for slithering its way into every little crevasse and crack of Los Santos, taking over Businesses, the Street, everything. RTB isn't just a a gang, its a vision, slogan, a brand. Though they are most formally known as being a street gang; the hand of RTB stretches to everything.

WHAT DO WE DO?
RTB is a mix of plenty of different things, like I stated above its a brand. There's two sides to RTB; The LEGAL side and ILLEGAL side. The legal side focuses on running businesses such as labels, clothing, things like that. The Illegal side is a little more complicated though. Holding ANOTHER two sides to it, Street Gang and then more or less a Mob. Like I said RTB is a mix of different things and its not limited to anything, that is what we are known for. RTB expands, and works around the world and how Los Santos is being ran. This is what RTB does.

Hope you guys can take this as the constructive criticism as it's aimed to be and not any form of bashing. Reading over your topic made me think that you guys might be coming from Roblox. A street gang that's "split into two" with a legal and illegal avenue, a set out rank structure with an actual roster on your Discord server including generational "ranks" with number caps which people can seemingly promote to. The faction introduction reads off like an amateur speech being presented to a classroom. Your entire backstory lies on three 13 year old kids in juvenile detention somehow overcoming or "winning" against a single attack from gang affiliated youths before they then seemingly decide on a whim to make a street gang when they get released. 

 

Your post history suggests you've not been part of any street gangs on GTAW before, other than praising 43 Grove Street Crips which was notoriously poorly developed and ended up being shut down by IFM. You should really consider looking at joining a street gang first and getting to understand the gang politics on the server and how street gangs really function. Additionally, there's a few unofficial groups and factions here that started off as a unique concept before developing into a larger street gang that you could have either first joined to get some first hand experience with, or looked towards for inspiration.
