The Hawick Satanic Skins [Also known as HSS or Satanic Skins] are a group of white power skinheads in the Hawick area of Los Santos. The Hawick Satanic Skins get their “Satanic Skin” moniker from the founder's supposed links to Satanism and his strange relationship with the occult, some speculating that he was a member of a cult. Satanic Skins [] were founded during the 1980s by REDACTED while right wing ideals and nazism grew rampant throughout the states with punk rock and anti-communist sentiment. Founded by a small group of punk rock enthusiasts, the group originally stuck together during thrash pits to fight off anyone trying to jump one of their own, but by the mid 1990s they transitioned from a punk rock group to a organized gang of white supremacist skinheads, evolving alongside the era and the musics progression over the decade. Somewhere between 1987 to 1989 a few members of the Satanic Skins managed to make a small local impact in Vespucci’s music scene and promoted their values to the youth, which raised recruitment to an unprecedented level. After the 1990s struck, more and more of the gang participated in the sale and usage of drugs, primarily cocaine or heroin. Among the Satanic Skins in Vespucci were plenty of other white sets, and The drug markets rampant growth around the United States gave many allying sets reason to start conflict, the biggest competitor of theirs, the Conquistador Skinheads [Saddle Skins or C-S].

The Conquistador Skinheads had an on-going rivalry with the Satanic Skins over a stabbing that took place on June Fourth, 1996, between a C-S skin and a S-S skin. Both parties claimed they owned a supposed part of the beach, and the S-S skin proceeded to start a fight, shoving the C-S skin. After a short brawl, the S-S skin was shivved three times, surviving from his injuries. The C-S competed fiercely against the S-S in the drug trade, and any chance to destroy, dilute or cripple the S-S was met with a swift reaction from the C-S. During the chilly month of November, 1999, was closing on a deadline, that being the start of the 2000s, and while the month slowly crawled to the next year, it seemed that the Satanic Skins had lost a major amount of territory after a massive brawl that saw them lose the lives of six members, one of which was a pregnant girlfriend of a skinhead, giving the entirety of skinhead culture a very bad look. The Satanic Skins that remained fled from Vespucci after the rivaling skin sets closed in on them from all sides, a majority of these members sticking together out of companionship, drug addiction, homelessness, or friendship, many of them hanging out in the low-income motels of the Hawick area, a perfect place for an addict to get a fix from the drug dealers sitting outside of clubs or pill pushers on the sidewalk.

They adopted the Hawick part of their name during this transition, and saw a member resurgence in 2001, after 9/11, which saw many conflicts break out between the multi-ethnics communities scattered through East Los Santos, causing many whites to join simply out of fear of being attacked, life sparking back into the once dying group. The Hawick Satanic Skins grew, and with it, their crimes grew violent and usually gorey, which was done purposefully to scare the usually larger groups of neighboring races with their own gangs. The HSS began becoming known as dangerous white supremacists who participated in organized crime and random acts of violence against those of another race, however, as the years progressed on, the Satanic Skins lost members once again, leaving the newer Hawick Satanic Skins spread thin among their once strong borders in Hawick. As the Hawick Satanic Skins continued to fizzle, they united under PEN1 and assimilated into a clique for the gang, working alongside and under them with many other white sets in the late 2010s. As the years continued to progress, the white power scene began to grow again, with groups like PEN1 controlling the continual growth through their connections in music and the skate and surf industry.

The Satanic Skins under PEN1 prospered, but with the disappearance of Kyle “Lucky” Brock from the white power scene, and many other high profile skinheads sudden dissapearances has left PEN1 in ruin, many of the cliques splintering off or dissolving entirely. While PEN1 still remains formidable, the Satanic Skins once again began to suffer, their leader, Edgar “Cyclops” or “Clops” Boon’s leave of absence diminished their numbers and they faded away into obscurity. Until Seamus Cook decided to get out of his drug stupor, that is. Seamus Cook, a Hawick Satanic Skin, came back into the white power scene as of recently, working alongside other members of the ongoing cause, which brought more recruits to the movement as white power music fades back into popularity with white youth from Vespucci. With his ties in Vespucci and his home in Hawick, he’s able to recruit white supremacists throughout the vine he’s connected in, sparking life into the Satanic Skins for a third time. The newly revived Satanic Skins are made up of old and new skinheads alike, and they aim to revive their name and clan.

OOC NOTE:

This faction intends to realistically portray the white power skinheads. While the group and their ideals are racist in nature, this faction does not promote or endorse racism, and members should keep this in mind when out of character. We value portrayal highly in the faction, and put it as our first priority. We aim to achieve a realistic white power skinhead gang, not a run of the mill street gang. There're many organized pieces in this seemingly loosely associated group of racists. Members of this faction are expected to obey and abide by the rules stated in the GTA:W rule section
