Simple but newbie question, can you gift somebody a namechange?

You cannot directly give someone a namechange, but you can purchase the World Points in order for them to buy one. On the World Points Shop there’s a spot to put in the players UCP name and upon completion of the purchase (paypal is the only allowed payment method for gifting afaik) the World Points will be on their account to use.
