Failure to do so will disqualify your entry and payment will not be collected. 1.2 The competition will run from the 'Opening Date' until the 'Closing Date'. Dates are displayed on each competition respectively. 1.2 If necessary, the Opening/Closing Dates can be changed. All new information will be posted on the Clutch Competitions page. 1.3 Entries must be paid for within 48 hours of purchasing ((Forum Post)) and 24 hours within the 'Closing Date' 1.4 Maximum number of entries will vary depending on the competition. 1.5 Each competition will have a max limit of entries per person, decided by Clutch Competitions. 2. Eligibility 2.1 Competition is open to all residents within the state of San Andreas. 2.2 To partake you must be over the age of 21. 2.3 Clutch Competitions has the right to disqualify any entry if any of the terms or conditions are not followed. 2.4 No refunds of the Entry fee are given. 2.5 If found that your information on the 'Entry Form' is untruthful and does not match our terms and conditions you will be disqualified. 3. Prize 3.1 The winner is decided by Clutch Competitions and our decision is final. 3.2 Winners are picked by a non biased random number generator. 3.3 Clutch Competitions will contact the winner as soon as possible after the 'Closing Date' 3.4 Winners have 7 Days to contact Clutch Competitions to claim their prize. If communications has not been established within 7 Days, the prize is offered to the next eligible entry, which is determined by the number generator. 3.5 Clutch Competitions will publish all relevant information on their page to show that a valid competition took place and that a prize was given to a winner. Relevant Information consists of; Name of Winner (i.e; John Smith) Area of Residence (i.e; Hawick, Strawberry etc.) Prize details (i.e; Vapid Dominator) 3.6 If you oppose to your information being shared, you must contact us ((Forum PM)) before the 'Closing Date'. 4. Claiming Prize 4.1 Prize must be claimed personally. Prizes will not be given to any third party on your behalf. 4.2 We can deliver or setup collection of said prize, This is discussed between us and the winners as soon as possible after 'Closing Date'. 4.3 If your personal details on the 'Entry Form' change after submission and before the 'Closing Date' You must contact us via Email ((Forum PM)) With your previous details and new details so we can contact you in the event of winning. 4.4 Clutch Competitions does not take any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you do not take the prize or are not able to.
