Add tatoos shops

For now, the only tatoos shop moved to Sandy Shore, which is weird to drive so far to costumize the skin.

Add some of them in the city itself can be better.

There's one in mirror park without a blip on the map, it is right across Mirror Park Tavern

So I suggest to add at least one more in the middle of the city and add the blip on the map for the one in Mirror Park.

I heard others work too(Vinewood one etc), just heard. Even if they don't, one in the city and one in SS is enough, people spammed tats on the first day, now they slowed down.

Why don't put it in the middle of the city then? Why Mirror Park?

One is SS is okay... but I think that there is a need to change the Mirror Park Tatto Shop location.

This is true. All the "things" goes to Mirror Park, which is okay, but pretty unfair to the others.

Mirror park shouldn't stop being expanded. There should just be another tattoo shop in LS. It's a big city and there should be two shops.  A custom location one could be put in Davis or Rancho. There's also one that's an original tattoo shop in La Puerta.
