On top of it all, the test is outdated and does not account for how you can legally drive through green lights now, and DON'T have to stop at every intersection. And WHY does it make you drive to the top of the parking lot structure and talk about parkour? That part is funny, but is pointless and annoying after doing it on all your characters (so that you don't accidentally fuck up, forget later on, and get thrown in jail.) Yeah, unrealistic and stupid things should not be a priority on a heavy rp server. I assume it's an easy fix and like Havana said, if you have several characters, it gets annoying quickly.
