OOC Information:

The Diablo 13 street gang is a predominantly Hispanic faction, located in the Vespucci area of Los Santos. In this faction, we promote realistic roleplay, and will anyday prefer quality over anything else. If you have any questions about the faction, you can contact @WSVDIA through forum PMs. 

We strive to maintain an acceptable level of roleplay, and would like to ask for members interested in joining to at least have a bit of knowledge about the ways of the faction, or members who are interested in learning.

A heads-up to all looking to join, in this faction we also do NOT promote any rulebreakers, or players that aren't interested in roleplaying. IF you are one of these, then don't think about joining because you will be removed. 

However, we do promote people that are interested in roleplaying, people that aren't on the server to rulebreak, and also people that understand how to put their OOC politics aside, and make the roleplay more entertaining, and interesting.
 

Character development is heavily looked upon and studied, if you're reckless with this, and ride around recklessly (driving exotic vehicles at the age of 14, without the right character development for it.) you will be deemed unfit for the faction, and removed. As of right now, this faction is a private faction. If you're interested in joining, please contact @WSVDIA through forum PMs from now on.
