Our main goal while roleplaying within the group W/S 83 Hoover Criminal Gang is to portray a realistic Hoover set based in Capital Blvd. Your character should start off as a young teenager who is growing up in one of the most dangerous parts of Los Santos. All members should abide by GTA World's server rules, and we will not hold back from removing you from the faction if it is deemed you are un-fit for the faction.
