Arroyo's Upbringing

 

Tomas Arroyo born Feb.14, 2005 was born/raised in the Westside of Los Santos in a predominatly hispanic neighborhood inside of the Palomino Ave. canals. Although he had both parents in his life and a tight knit family bond he was still in and out of the juvenile correctional facilities throughout his youth. His reputation as a youth was known throughout his neighborhood for various crimes such as car theft, breaking & entering and vandalism. His spiradic lifestyle showed he was in obvious need of a mentor. The final time he was sent to the Youth Authority/Juvenile Detention Center, he became close with a older male from his neighborhood named Mateo "Spider"  Guzman which helped him direct his lifestyle towards a cause. Ironically Tomas was given his first gun which was a Snub15 revolver that Mateo used in the drive-by shooting he was later indicted for.

The neighborhood that Tomas grew up in was gang infested by the gang known as Parkside Varrio 13. A well known member of Parkside Varrio/P$V, Mateo "Spider" Guzman took Tomas under his wing to show him how to do street crimes in the correct way. Sending Tomas on different errands such as stealing cars for the older members of the gang to commit crimes in, delivering drugs to different individuals throughout the city & breaking into houses. Tomas showed allegience to Parkside Varrio and was put on/jumped into Parkside Varrio at the age of 13. Unfortunately it wasn't long until his mentor Mateo Guzman was taken into custody for a drive-by shooting in 2019, causing Tomas to go into a downhill spiral with no guidance from anyone that he respected.

Tomas was driving back to his car's location when he sees 2 parking enforcement officers attempting to ticket his car yet again, he hops out to scare the duo away with the eyes of the devil & a automatic weapon. Clearly this foo is loco in the mente.
