In-character, this is a DTO formed by characters from various factions located primarily within West Los and South Los. This 'connection' is the result of months of roleplay. There will be no direct invites to this 'concept' (There is no discord) and those wanting to take part will have to find their own way in-character. Either independently or through one of the factions affiliated with the SouthWest connection. Our primary goal is to improve the drug culture on the server and the standard that is associated with that.
