Arturo Barrocal originates from El Burro Heights, Los Santos.

 

Following an abusive childhood filled with neglect, seeing first-hand the damages

that a drug-reliant life can have on a person, Barrocal fled his home at the ripe age

of sixteen, and through either destiny or ill will, ended up in Sandy Shores, a stranger.

 

Impressionable and hungry, Barrocal makes his ends meet however he sees fit, he has

no problem in towing the fine line between what's just and unjust.
