The thing with face paints is I personally used them, in certain shades and opacities to replicate things like black eyes, bruised faces, or other facial features of that nature that cannot be found in the plastic surgeon tab. Being able to stack those remedies it even more.

As previously mentioned, in addition to this suggestion, war paints should be wiped and replaced with makeup mods so people can have far diverse looks. You can easily look up GTA V makeup mods and they're all so current day looks and pretty!!! No one uses war paints, maybe keep a few but unnecessary to have that many.
