97 Posted June 22, 2023 Share Posted June 22, 2023 (edited) This thread will follow the development of Operation Pearl Spring, an espionage mission with the intent to cripple an alleged arms trafficking ring embedded within SAGOV. It primarily follows 97, a nameless woman and former subcontractor for the CIA/NSA through Booz Allen Hamilton, and currently a noncitizen living under an assumed identity in Los Santos.
