ADA IVY ARRESTED! THE MOMENT THE CHOSEN ONE SUSPECT WAS CAPTURED BY SAPR Written by Gabriel Stone - 22nd March 2023 Above: Ada Ivy's arrest At around 11:06PM on the 21st of March, I was invited out to the San Andreas Park Rangers HQ in Paleto to attend a briefing. In attendance as well was Lieutenant Governor Noah Wade and Senator Adrian Rossi to oversee operations. I was greeted by Superintendent Graves of SAPR who allowed me to enter the briefing room to observe. Above: Lieutenant Governor Noah Wade, Senator Adrian Rossi and Superintendent Graves. During briefing the rangers laid out two locations on 'Donkey-Punch Family Farm' due east of Paleto where the higher risk operation was due to take place. Rangers were shown two photos, one main red building (A) and a run-down barn (B). Two teams were formed, one was expected to do a full sweep of building A while the other team was to sweep through building B. Both teams were tasked with the immediate detainment of any individuals found during the search but it was mentioned in the brief that they were only expecting one individual to be present. I joined Superintendent Graves, Adrian Rossi and Noah Wade in an unmarked vehicle which arrived on the scene just outside the farm. The two teams rushed the two buildings and within a short time we were called over to the barn, building B, where one individual had been arrested on the upper platform of the barn itself. That individual was Ada Ivy, a woman long since suspected of being The Chosen One or more commonly referred to by the general public as The Morse Code Killer. The LSSD especially had been working tirelessly at first to build on their information about TCO and try to capture them. Last night and in the early hours of this morning she was finally located on Donkey-Punch Family Farm and taken into custody by SAPR. Lieutenant Governor Noah Wade was on scene and demanded to see the woman he believes sent out the assassination order against his family. During the arrest Miss. Ivy asked how Wade's family was doing and the two exchanged brief, curt words before Ivy was placed in the back of a cruiser and taken away. Now the investigation continues through a line of questioning from LSSD. Above: Ada Ivy, sporting black hair these days, being cuffed and brought down from the upper level of the barn. However, so far there has been no official confirmation that Ada Ivy is in fact The Chosen One, nor is there any guarantee that this means the reign of The Chosen One has come to an end. With seemingly many followers such as the agents of the Lethal Response Unit and The Chosen One Media Group, the fight may continue even if TCO is potentially now behind bars. It remains to be seen whether the assassination order on Noah Wade's head still holds weight, or if the momentum of Phase Two of The Chosen One's plans will come to a halt. Tomorrow a press conference is due to take place at an undetermined time in order to shed light on the situation further. On Tuesday the 28th of February at 10:30PM, The senate chambers opened to the public for the swearing in of newly-appointed Lieutenant Governor Noah Wade. The event was open to the public and the Lieutenant Governor was sworn in before a crowd of onlookers. The evening was filled with fierce debate about whether or not the republican party were using the injury of two firefighters for personal clout, a claim put forward by Senator Giraldi that was loudly disputed by Republican senators. As the crowds and government officials filtered out of the senate chambers, K9 units and heavily armed police could be seen all over the road and the steps leading up to the capitol. Across the road by the post office the large LSSD communications unit was parked. Governor Brandt could be heard telling SEB that he and his security detail had "...spotted some poster near our vehicle, the doors were open." All those evacuated from the building were escorted out of the blast radius by PD Metro and to the wide perimeter set up by combined law enforcement while government officials were driven away to safety by H-Platoon. Above: The bomb unit arriving on scene. An LSSD bomb unit arrived on scene and the present bomb squad carried out a controlled detonation of the explosive device inside the vehicle. The vehicle exploded without injury to anyone but the message sent was clear. The incident comes ten days following a public statement put out by the newly appointed Lieutenant Governor Noah Wade that mocked and denounced The Chosen One. In this statement the Governor made such bold comments as calling TCO the "Morse Code Moron" and a "lunatic" and "coward", stating that "...we will not be intimidated by cowardly actions. We will remain steadfast and united, and we will prevail over this individual" In the past TCO has often responded directly to mockery. During phase one he sent out public threats to those who mocked him or spread misinformation about him via station 58. Some of these threats were targeted at those speaking on social media or in comments sections, but one such threat was targeted at Carry Saunders of Los Santos News Network (LSNN). Coming directly following the swearing in of Lieutenant Governor Noah Wade, the car bomb comes as a clear, direct answer to his statement and is possibly the first act of TCO's Phase Two. This act potentially sets in motion a new series of events as The Chosen One promised, bolder and more violent than ever seen before. Shortly following the explosion, an assassination order was placed on the Lieutenant Governor's head by The Chosen One, posted by his media group T.C.O Media with reference to a new unit mentioned; L.R.U (Lethal Response Unit). The posted order appeared on the 1st of March at exactly 12:59AM and began "Greetings to the residents of Los Santos and Greater San Andreas. Due to the unnecessary remarks and dismissive satire along with the blatant intent on spreading misinformation that was provided to the public by the San Andreas Government's press release that took place on the 19th of February, 2023. The Chosen One is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for the capturing and the killing of Noah Wade" The statement also indicated that the L.R.U would carry out the assassination themselves if it is not completed within a week. However, Noah wasn't the only target mentioned. The document provided specific information as to his family and location of one of his daughters and her studies, offering up a matching bounty. Bullet pointed instructions followed along with a photo of Wade himself. At the bottom the document is signed 'Yours sincerely, The Chosen One' and marked with the LRU's logo and the quote "Every action, has a reaction" Wade then responded boldly and publicly to the bounty on his and his family's lives on social media with "Trust the process. #Only150k" As the event has only just taken place, no official statement has been put out by law enforcement yet. Chief Burke, Governor Brandt, District Attorney Harper, and everyone else. Thank you for your attendance. As I stand here today, having taken the oath of office administered by our very own Chief Justice Jones, to serve as your 50th Lieutenant Governor, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and responsibility. It is an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with the duty of serving the people of this state, and I pledge to fulfill that duty with unwavering commitment and integrity. Tonight, as I take on this new role, I am reminded of the many individuals who have served our states before me. They were men and women of vision, courage, and determination who worked tirelessly to make our state a better place for all its citizens. Above is the patriotic speech given by the newly appointed Lieutenant Governor Noah Wade who was sworn in officially on the 28th of February in the Senate Chambers, San Andreas State Capitol. Chief Justice Morgan Jones was present to administer Governor Wade's oath of office. Over the last month, Governor Wade has become increasingly more visible in the public eye, releasing public statements and personally attending disasters such as the wind farm fire and dam fire where he ordered the evacuation of nearby residential areas in Mirror Park. Following recent events, Governor Wade posted on Facebrowser that he was honored to have been chosen to serve as the 50th Lieutenant Governor of San Andreas State and that the ceremony would take place prior to the senate session on the 28th. Governor Wade prides himself in his steadfast values, patriotism and fearlessness as an American and vowed not to be swayed by recent events. Prior to his appointment he had released a public statement calling The Chosen One the "Morse Code Moron" and a lunatic, stating that "...we will not be intimidated by cowardly actions. We will remain steadfast and united, and we will prevail over this individual." This came as a loud and clear message to The Chosen One from Governor Wade. Shortly following the senate session, the Capitol was evacuated by PD Metro following a bomb threat that was confirmed to be under Governor Brandt's car shortly after, The Chosen One's answer to Governor Wade's statement. Following this a $150,000 assassination order was released by TCO aimed at Wade and his family, to which Wade posted a Facebrowser message saying "Trust the process. #Only150K" which some have seen as a brave stance, while others consider it to be needlessly endangering his family. Since then Governor Wade has put a $300,000 bounty on The Chosen One for any information leading to the identification or apprehension of who he calls "The Morse Code Moron" The back and forth begins a dangerous game within the city of Los Santos (read more about it here). The Senate session immediately following Governor Wade's swearing in became a heated debate. With the recent wind farm incident still fresh in everyone's minds, a resolution " To commend the actions of not only firefighters related to the windmill incident but also firefighters all across our State of San Andreas." was introduced by Senator Rossi and cosponsored by Senator Brandenburg. Above in the gallery, San Fire who had assisted largely in the rescue of the downed firefighters was in attendance. Senator Rossi presented his resolution, saying that "...this resolution seeks to not only commend and honor our injured firemen at our unfortunate fire at the windmills out in the County, but this resolution also seeks to also honor public service men and women, and to raise awareness for conditions. One of these conditions is the requirement for more fire prevention needs out in our counties and industrial zone." One such issue that the fire department faced during the Senora wind farm fire was that there were not accessible water resources nearby, the resolution acknowledges this. The resolution unanimously passed the committee vote on the 14th of February, however Senator Giraldi had not been present for the vote. He then became the only nay vote on the 28th as he heavily opposed the introduction of the resolution. A move some considered 'being contrarian for the sake of being contrarian' while others appeared to be considering what he had to say. He began his opposition by saying "I find myself, as I speak, starting to walk a very dangerous path. But it is one I am willing to walk, as to oppose bills and resolutions based only in populism." He claimed to have the highest of respect for first responders, but found the resolution being introduced for the two firefighters injured at the wind farm "offensive". The basis of his argument was that he believed Republican senators to be using the injury of two firefighters for personal clout and to save face. He stated that it was being painted as a unique event, when in fact responders are injured and killed regularly and receive no such resolutions. He made reference to the fallen Los Santos Fire Department Captain, Lucas Morel, who gave his life in the line of duty and mentioned that there was no resolution for him either. "This is nothing but a resolution to save face, Senator Rossi. Save face for your party, with an astonishing majority. This resolution has nothing of what you spoke. This doesn't grant funds for new hydrants. This doesn't provide the LSFD or any other agency with more equipment, tools." Senator Giraldi stated whilst raising the resolution document above his head. "This is populism. This is not for the firefighters. This is for you and for your party." Senator Brandenburg was the first to be granted time in response to Senator Giraldi's opposition, stating that he didn't "...even know where to begin" as he'd expected the Democrat side to understand the resolution. He called out the Democrat party on their lack of resolution for the events for August 27th, stating that Giraldi has just as much means to submit resolutions as the rest of the senate. He referred to the opposition as "the political games of the Democrats" To respond to Giraldi's claims of the resolution having no real benefit for the fire department, Brandenburg asserted that the republican party had begun correspondence with "...the competent authorities in order to improve the fire prevention in the State and to increase the number of fire hydrants across the whole State" and by doing so, stated that they were not only honoring the injured firefighters but making their jobs easier in the future. Brandenburg concluded his time by saying he was disappointed that instead of making this "...a bipartisan effort for our first responders, the Democrat side chooses to pick old bones and looks for the needle in the haystack, focusing on political strife instead of what's important" Senator Rossi was recognized for time next and backed up Brandenburg, stating quickly how appalled he was by the claims and that the resolution "isn't politics. This is being responsible, and this is being a human being" he demanded that Giraldi turn and face and tell the public and present service men and women that he did not support their recognition and did not support the senate passing a resolution in their honor. Senator Giraldi did stand up and face the gallery, asking first the LSPD where their resolution was when they were shot during a traffic stop. Then he asked the Park Rangers where their resolution is when they're injured protecting state parks. He then addressed the State Fire Marshals and asked them where their resolution was when they inhaled toxic fumes. "I am sure each and every single one of you has lost at least one colleague on the line of duty. And he had NO resolution." He vowed that he would not "...let the republicans weaponize [them]" nor would he sit silent, making mention of all those who did not have a resolution because Senator Rossi, in Giraldi's words, "...didn't fancy visiting them at the hospital" Giraldi demanded, while speaking out of turn, that Rossi face the public and speak just as he had done. Rossi did not face the public but had strong words for Giraldi. "I've served many years in the Los Santos Police Department. I served up to the rank of sergeant. Don't you ever question what intentions I have with' something' like this. Ever. Again." He brought up the two times that Giraldi had been removed from committee sessions before and that debates should be had on Giraldi's own time, apologizing to spectators who had to hear the debate. Harsh remarks were made during the voting process and then the session moved on to bill number 106, introduced by Senator Luca Giraldi "A Bill meant to correct the mistake of forgetting Vespucci Promenade private property owners in the former VB-MVR ACT" having found that certain private property can only be accessed via the Vespucci Promenade and this was not mentioned in the former VB-MVR ACT. The amendment called for would allow motor vehicles owned by any owner of private property that can only be accessed along the Vespucci Promenade to do so, though not at speeds higher than thirty miles per hour except where an emergency may be occurring. The bill passed the final vote unanimously. The building was evacuated minutes following this due to the bomb planted beneath Governor Brandt's vehicle. I am The Chosen One, The ‘Blade of The Night’, The all-hearing, the all-seeing, the all-knowing. I, The Chosen One, have been absent for a long time and I know that you have missed me. I have missed you dearly as well. As many of you may know there has been a lot of misinformation spreading regarding the apprehension and arrest of The Chosen One himself, as laughable as that might sound. I am here to confirm to you that I am not imprisoned, I am not dead, I am free, I am alive. You really must have been dreaming if you really thought that the incompetent law enforcement agencies of Los Santos and San Andreas were even close. Unfortunately for many of you that is not the case, as I would like to announce that ‘Phase 1’ has been a great success. The Chosen One and his enforcers conducted a sophisticated operation consisting of a number of captures which led to the total of 13 assassinations where 9 Caucasian males and 4 Caucasian females were permanently terminated. Those targets were actively taking part in confronting and combating The Chosen One and his allies. Those individuals attempted to deteriorate, resist and challenge The Chosen One, therefore they have been met with the lethal and quick response that they were promised. They were given plenty of chances and they were given many warnings, but as per usual, when some people do not learn, one has to take action to set an example. I, The Chosen One, am delighted to declare and announce to the city of Los Santos that ‘Phase 2’ of our ongoing operation shall begin. The real violence hasn’t even started yet." [In Morse Code: "I AM JUST GETTING STARTED"] This was the video message posted on 'SubNet' on Tuesday 14th of February at 11:16PM in the evening, allegedly marking the return of The Chosen One (TCO), otherwise known by the mainstream public as The Morse Code Killer (MCK). There had been rumours that TCO had been captured or killed, however this new message claims that he is roaming free to this day and will now enact Phase 2. The message claims that Phase 1 has been a success, resulting in the termination of 13 individuals; 9 Caucasian males and 4 Caucasian females. According to The Chosen One these victims attempted to deteriorate, combat, mock and spread misinformation regarding him and his cause. Doe ((Names ending in Doe were PK's and not CK's, please consider them ICly to be real victim names)) The Children Of The Chosen One Above: An old poster left by TCO or his followers with instructions during Phase 1. In recent months, The Chosen One began a movement against law enforcement in San Andreas and the city of Los Santos and put messages and warnings out to the public via radio station 58. His followers called themselves 'The Children of The Chosen One' and promoted this station by purchasing burner phones, using VPN's and advertising station 58 which has since been taken over by a new, unrelated broadcast. Followers also spread graffiti and pinned posters across the city. The broadcasts themselves often contained hidden or cryptic messages in the form morse code covered by music, sometimes the code translated to binary. Sometimes the station simply played music altered so that it moved from left to right ear with Queen being one of the more commonly chosen bands. Other times the messages were clear, congratulating his own followers for their achievements, leaving commands to move vehicles between locations and enact orders, even announcing the graduation of his followers into specific roles among their ranks. On one occasion a graduation ceremony was held on Station 58 for seven partially named individuals including one communications specialist, one electrical technician, two field enforcers, one media overseer, a financial advisor and last of all 'Agent 76' the secret keeper. He often addressed his 'favourite detective' and left clues or hints to locations in his messages. Other messages threatened action against those that mocked The Chosen One, and one message directly threatened the well known face of LSNN, Carry Saunders, and other media outlets for their coverage of his work, complaining that they had been intentionally spreading misinformation about him and wrongly labelling him. Above: A message once left by one of his 'children'. It reads: "The Children of The Chosen One. The Chosen One is not a serial killer. He is just branded as one by the corrupt police. He is here to help us all. He is not the one you should be scared of. He stands for us and against corruption. Why will nobody believe him? Stop being a f***ing sheep. He is The Chosen One. He will restore justice in the world." The Motivation The Chosen One considers himself to be on a holy mission from god in which he is enacting the wrath of god against corrupt forces in San Andreas. His main focus so far has been the Los Santos Sheriff's Department with direct threats left for Sheriff Garry Hewitt. He also seems to view himself as a Robin Hood-like figure, protecting the downtrodden and seeking money for his followers to have a good life. However, his violent methods of achieving his goals leave him a heavily wanted man. What comes next? We've yet to hear from the LSSD officially as this information is still new, so at this point there is little insight into their initial response. No one yet knows exactly what Phase 2 has in store for the city of Los Santos, but if the message from TCO himself is anything to go by, it is intended to be far more violent than Phase 1.

Exclusive: The Chosen One Reveals His Connection To Recent Dam and Turbine Incidents, Discusses Future 'Individual of Interest' Written by Gabriel Stone - 19th February 2023 Left: The Mirror Park Dam Fire Right: The Senora Wind Farm Fire - Now Connected I was fortunate enough to be contacted by T.C.O Media Group for an opportunity to interview The Chosen One about his previous work and his future plans. As of yet there has been no official, public response to his return from law enforcement. In the interview The Chosen One claimed his connection to two recent major incidents involving both the Senora Freeway Wind Turbines and the explosion at the Mirror Park Dam in which one worker died after falling to his death. According to him these attacks belonged to Phase One of his initiative alongside the 13 eliminated targets. Despite the large scale of these attacks, he claims that Phase Two will make Phase One look "little" by comparison in the extent of fury and enormity it exhibits. Clear distinction was made between 'The Children of The Chosen One' who are part of the movement by means of spreading awareness, posters and graffiti, and his 'Sworn Enforcers' whom are hand selected by The Chosen One to assist him directly. I asked about the next target and was given detailed information about his whereabouts and a glimpse of his appearance (see below), a man whom is allegedly an informer and a spy located in Paleto Bay. TCO was also heavily critical of the fundraising Gala held by the LSSD in recent months to support those killed by The Chosen One. He questions where the money from the event really went. With the final question I was keen to understand where TCO stood in regards to the LSSD at this point in time. He had very little to say to them, stating that he had already destroyed their morale while their own men and women submitted information to TCO in secret. In conclusion, TCO stated that in regards to the LSSD "Being my favorite punching bag and stress-ball was the most noble thing that the LSSD has ever done so far" It seems perhaps the scope of Phase Two is far expanded from Phase One. Full Interview Q1: What can San Andreas expect from Phase Two of The Chosen One's plan, and will it be similar in any way to Phase 1? A1: "(A) Phase Two of The Chosen's One operation has already been implemented, but not triggered yet. It can be perceived as more barbaric, ruthless and cruel than the first phase to some people. It might even make people question the thin borderlines of disposition and morality that we have in our society. (B) There can be some similarities between the two phases as they are dependent in-order on one another. But in any case. The enormity and the extent of fury will certainly surpass Phase One and make it look "little". Phase One consisted of targeting Mirror Park's Dam and one of the wind turbines on Senora Freeway, along with the triumphant number of thirteen (13) successful assassinations. Six (6) captures and nine (9) productive interrogations. Not to mention the $1,000,000 bounty on the little rat; Gary Hewitt, that still stands to this day, and so much more that cannot be shared to the public at the moment. To conclude; It is only a matter of interpretation on how one can view Phase Two, based on Phase One's static results that were presented to the public." Q2: Does the cause/movement still have the numbers it did before? In other words... Are The Children of the Chosen One still around? A2: "(A) When the topic of numbers is opened up. It is important to note that there is a differentiation and a vast distinction between The Chosen One's sworn enforcers; that are carefully handpicked. And the self-proclaimed support movements such as "The Children of The Chosen One". Those groups did in fact contribute in spreading more awareness in general and they were certainly encouraged to do so, but they are in no way shape or form "active" members of our force, as it would require much more than spreading graffiti and posters to be a firm column and a representative in our revolt. (B) To conclude, The Children of The Chosen One are indeed still around and all of their efforts are greatly appreciated." Q3: Have you already selected your next victim? If so, why were they selected? A3: "(A) It is crucial and important to acknowledge that our targets are not to be seen and observed as "innocent victims" but more like "individuals of interest" that are known to have combatted or still are actively combating The Chosen One. Those individuals are also known to be armed and vicious. It is also worth mentioning that all of the thirteen (13) targeted individuals did not have any children or any parents that are around. Which doesn't only raise the question on why The Los Santos Sheriff's Department put an event together in order to "raise money" for the victims' families, but also... Where did all that money go? Riddle this - How are you going to host a charity event, with no actual designated receivers to the said donated amount? Who are you raising all this money to? And what for? Where did the people's money go? To conclude; (B) It is a lengthy and a sophisticated process of how and why those individuals are selected and executed, since a lot of research and extensive surveillance is conducted throughout the entirety of the procedure. Our next target is this individual, who is an informer and a spy. We don't need the public to help us locate him, we are only waiting for the right moment to infiltrate." Q4: Is there anything you'd like to say to Sheriff Gary Hewitt and the rest of the LSSD? A4: "(A) There is nothing that I want to say to the Little Weasel Gary Hewitt or his little puppies other than what has already been addressed. I, The Chosen One, with all my greatness and reach, talking about this distasteful militarized group of individuals that actively participate and encourage murdering teenagers in South Central will only stain my reputation and benefit them and get them the attention that they breathe on. I'd say that It is only suitable for their size and capabilities to only take pride in shutting down a porn company at the moment, as they don't really belong in the big league calibre.
