A Vixen's Guide to LS Politics The inaugural City Council Meeting went down and it went just about as well as can be expected. The plus sides? They actually all attended and kept partisan blah blah to a minimum. They also had this fun buzzer system which allows yours truly to award the Councilors by how quick to the buzzer they were! Silence as Death Award goes to.... Councilor Ted Cook of Blaine County! In honor of Councilor Ted Cook remaining deathly quiet for most of the meeting and buzzing his buzzer the least amount of times, the Los Santos Vixen is honored to award Mr. Cook with this award for being a silent onlooker, a dark knight, if you will.
